This is one of my favs!
My 6am clients are out of town this week for spring break with their kids which means I get a little bit of a break too!! I was thinking all last week how much I wanted a vacation just a few days of nothing to recharge my batteries. Even though this isn't a vacation I think it's just what I need to recharge and get back to a place of healthy energy and love. I'm watching my sister and brother in laws dog right now whom I love very much by the way possibly the sweetest dog I have ever met. We went for a wonderful walk around the lake at sunrise it was a brisk 39 degrees so I walked fast. It was really the best start to my day! I spent most of the day on my computer planning my social media post for April a pretty time consuming task, but I'm feeling good about it and I am almost done! With that being said I didn't get a workout in today as I was not in the gym at all, but I did get a 3 mile walk in so I will take it! Still feeling great and excited to take pics at the end of the week and see what kind of physical changes I've come into, because the mental and emotional ones have been amazing already!!
Diet Day 22:
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with , bell peppers, onions and salsa on top
Lunch: Tuna Salad
Snack: Spoon full of Peanut butter and an Apple
Dinner: An assortment of paleo friendly side dishes (I was at a potluck/ get together)
