If you are needing a little inspiration on a workout this week I have a great one for you!!
It's a Tabata workout which is a type of high intensity interval training a.k.a. HIIT. There are a total of 4 rounds each round last 4 minutes with a minute rest in between each round. In each round you will be doing 2 exercises 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. To get the best results from this workout you will want to do as many reps as you can of each exercise.

What you will need: Tabata Timer, Step small or medium height, TRX.
Set your Tabata Timer:
Elevated Mountain Climbers
Alternate which leg you do your step up w/hop each round.
Box Up & Overs
TRX Open Ups
Jump Squats or Squat
High Plank Shoulder Tap
TRX Push ups
