Happy Monday!! I typically love Monday's, so it doesn't happen often that I wake up and wish I had a day between Sunday and Monday.
I had to kindly remind myself over the weekend that this journey is going to take time, I kept looking in the mirror trying to see any difference in the way my body looked. There really isn't and then I remembered it's only been 2 weeks. DUH! It's gonna take a little bit longer than that, which is something I tell my clients all the time, but for some reason it clicked. . . . .again. The changes I have noticed are more to do with my self image and self esteem, I went shopping on Saturday and I was actually excited to try clothes on and felt sexy when I did. . . .HOT DOG!! So while I might not be seeing changes in the mirror I am definitely feeling changes, and to me that feels much better because I know that my thoughts and self talk are changing win the process. WooHoo!!
Breakfast: Kale, coconut, pineapple, strawberry smoothie
Snack: Coconut flour and pumpkin muffin
Lunch: Tuna Salad
Snack: Cashews, Carrots, Celery
Later snack: Beef Jerky, coconut flour and pumpkin muffin.
Even later snack: Homemade fruit popsicle
