So here we are Day 16 felt pretty tired both yesterday and today, thankfully my schedule was light so I could work with it and not get cranky. My diet was eh! Tired makes me crave bad things, however I was saved by a dear friend that brought me almond bread, it was heaven and I didn't have to cheat on my diet with pizza! Did I mention it was almost half a loaf and I ate all of it, with peanut butter on each slice. . . in my defense the pieces were not that big. I felt like I could have eaten enough food to feed a small army and was still hungry. But I didn't and the only thing I went overboard on was the almond bread and peanut butter. So I will take it!

Diet Day 16
Breakfast: Coffee & my lemon, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger detox water
Snack: Coconut flour, pumpkin Muffin & Cashews, celery, carrots
Lunch: Chicken Fajitas with avocado
Snack: Amlond Bread & Peanut Butter
Dinner: Taco Salad
Since I didn't have a ton of energy today I decided to do all body weight exercises, and it took me a solid 30 minutes to get motivated to actually do the workout so I had to split it up because I had a client to attend to. I got it in though!! WOOP WOOP the old me would've said eh you did part of it you're good. Oh and I got to do the second part of my workout outside!! I would have to say it was a good day!
