Total fail on the workout today. . . . And I really have no reason other than I just didn't really feel like it. And I'm okay with that, I will get that workout done on Saturday! I'm feeling really good though and energy levels have been great! I noticed yesterday that my work clothes are fitting a little loser which since I wear spandex clothing I was pretty pleased snapped a couple of photos they aren't the best but you can see that my tank is a little baggy and the waist of my pants is lose so yay!! And I don't think I mentioned this in my earlier post this week but when I went shopping I was able to buy a small in workout pants!! WHAT?!?! My butt has never fit into a small anything!! Weeeeeeeeee!! OH! And I can see my abs again. . . . 👍👍👍😃😃😃
Now staying on track is key for me at this point I tend to start slacking a bit when I start seeing results. Not really sure what that is about but I know it's a habit of mine that I must overcome. So pushing through. . . . excited for another day to get back to my workouts and focusing on the goal!
