Love, Love, Love. . . . . .Working on being nice to myself this week. It's been an off week for sure, mostly diet so I'm not too overly upset with myself. So what I have learned with this week is that when it's the week before my hormones go all wacko I need to plan my meals to align with them. . . I'm sure I can find some paleo comfort food that will help with this. Which I'm pretty excited about because I love looking for new recipes and trying new things.
I did have a very small piece of pizza that I made for the hubby, it's his favorite. But I also think I got it so I could cheat a little not gonna lie. It was good but I think I will be good on the pizza front for awhile. I'm really looking forward to getting back on track with a salad today :)
I'm still feeling really good and not letting the small cheats I've had this week get me down. I haven't ruined the work I've already done I've just slowed the process a bit. . . .no biggie stressing about or not being nice to myself because I made a couple mistakes is not worth the energy. I have more important things to focus on. Love, Love, Love!
