I had bought some pineapple and strawberries on Friday that I blended and made into popsicles for sweet treats after dinner this week we dug in last night while watching Friends on netflix the are pretty delicious! I did indulge in a wonderful peanut butter sandwich on Saturday that was delicious and I do not feel guilty what so ever. . . .well maybe a little but since I was working on being nice to myself last week I'm gonna go with it. I did have a reaction to the gluten and the eczema on my eyes has flared up a bit. . . .Ooopsie. Moving on. We tried a new recipe on Saturday night sweet potato sloppy joes which turned out amazing! Diet Day 20:
Breakfast: Gluten free Burrito & Banana
Lunch: Peanut Butter Sandwich
Dinner: Sweet Potato Sloppy Joes
Diet Day 21:
Breakfast: Eggs & Bacon
Lunch: Left over sloppy joes
Dinner: Left over chicken soup
Snack: more popcorn and homemade fruit popsicle.
Workout Day 20 : While recording this workout I only got part of the workout my alarm went off reminding me of a meeting and stopped the recording and I didn't know it. But I still put the video on Youtube to share with you all.
