Feels like summer outside! I love love love it!! Another pretty busy day, slept in 2 hours later than normal which was nice but I did feel a little rushed this morning. That's okay though my first appointment of the day was acupuncture so it made everything better :) Missed my workout again today :( thankfully there are still 5 days left this week to get them all in! I guess when I said it felt like I was on vacation my body said CHECK! And actually checked out haha. I can feel the difference when I've missed a couple of workouts though. Even though I feel pretty darn good right now missing a couple of workouts makes me slightly moody and my body image starts to go down the drain a bit. Mental note don't miss more than 2 days of working out. I know I have said this before but getting my workouts done in the morning is key for me otherwise I let the day get the best of me and it doesn't happen.
I am excited I purchased a new stand to hold my phone to video my workouts should be here on Friday so I can take it anywhere I want to and get my workouts done! I've been borrowing another trainers tripod that I only use in the studio that I train out of. Get ready for some outside workouts!! Okay!
Day 23 Diet:
Breakfast: Kale, protein, pineapple smoothie
Snack: macadamia nuts & Apple
Lunch: Salmon Salad, no dressing
Snack: macadamia nuts & cucumber
Dinner: chicken salad with Italian dressing
Snack: popcorn & homemade popsicle
