I have been talking a lot lately about making healthy lifestyle changes in life that are sustainable to you, meaning if weight loss is your goal don't take the easy road to get you there because they are there, but it's not about getting there the fastest way possible. It's about creating habits that you will do everyday for the rest of your life. Because that is what you are working for not a skinny body or rock hard abs it's life. Today for some reason it really made sense to me. Do you ever have those moments where you know something, but one day the light brightens and it just makes sense and that becomes your reality? Suddenly I am not fighting with myself to do or be something I am not but working with myself to make healthy sustainable lifestyle changes, emotionally, mentally, spiritually and physically. All through LOVE LOVE LOVE!
I did get a great cardio workout in today jumped on the treadmill for 35 minutes of incline intervals. It felt great, the first time I've stepped on the treadmill since starting this journey. I think I will start incorporating it more. 3 full body tabata workouts a week and 2 cardio days. . . .BOOM!! Should keep me entertained for about another 4 weeks, I tend to get bored easily so I like to change things up regularly.
Tomorrow is a new day!
