Day 31 Diet:
Breakfast: kale Smoothie
Snack: Cashews & Apple
Lunch: Tilapia & Asparagus
Snack: Frozen grapes
Dinner: Grilled chicken wings & salad
Day 31 Workout:
50 minute Walk around the Lake!
I can't believe the amount of sustainable energy I have these days. . . now to do something productive with it! It's been nice because I am getting more done in my day which feels super good and I've been sleeping so well. My shoulder is still bothering me which I'm not too excited about so cardio has been my only workouts this week but I think I will get some body weight legs and cardio in tomorrow. Unfortunately holding any type of weight hurts my shoulder as well. I will never take them for granted again!
Threw myself a little pitty party today about business. . . .cried and then picked myself back up and realized that just like living a healthy lifestyle this too takes time and I must be patient and trust the process. So in a way this challenge is helping me with more than just my fitness goals. Awesome Blossom!! I will take it!
