Monday oh Monday how I love thee. . . . I love waking up on a Monday morning and feeling energized and excited for a new week. It doesn't happen every Monday so when it does I take full advantage and bask in the wonderful feeling!
I had a pretty busy day today, trained a few clients, networked, went for a fabulous walk around the lake with my sister and brother in laws dog. Got to do some laundry get to the grocery store. Lol which I know I should have done over the weekend but it didn't happen. So I'm grateful that I had the chance to do it today.
I didn't get a workout in, I changed intending to do a workout but then got sidetracked working on some business stuff so a walk around the lake will have to do.
Diet was pretty darn good today I don't think I ate enough, but that is because I didn't plan and didn't get to the grocery store. BUT, I didn't go buy something to eat that would have been not good for me! I will take it as a win!
Diet Day 36:
Breakfast: Kale Smoothie
Lunch: Kale smoothie
Snack: Apple & left over chicken
Dinner: Grilled chicken wings
Snack: Frozen grapes ( one of my fave things to snack on at night)
