I love the quote to the left! I know I get caught up in doing this from time to time. Thinking my life should be different than it is, but really, why? I know I still have goals and dreams that I haven't made happen yet but my life isn't over either so what's the hurry. I like to stop and smell the flowers, enjoy the moment even the bad ones because they won't last forever.
Day 38 Diet: I missed my mid morning snack :( I was so hungry by the time lunch rolled around, I contemplated getting a sandwich at the coffee shop even though I brought my lunch. But I stayed strong and ate my delicious leftovers :)
Breakfast: Kale Smoothie
Lunch: Left over Chicken Fajitas
Snack: Gluten Free Pumpkin Muffin
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Wings
Day 38 Workout: I did my workout at home this morning which actually caused me to be a little late for my first session. For some reason I thought I had more time then I actually did. . . . but I got it in! I say day 37 in the video I sometimes forget what day I am on, too much going on in my head I guess.
