Well enough about all that! Today was another fabulous day! A long day for sure started at 7 and finished at 8 which is very very rare for me I typically don't schedule anyone after 4pm, but I had a couple of new clients that could only meet in the evening so I made adjustments and made that happen. I really don't mind it if it's only one or two days a week, it's when it becomes more 12-13 hours days then not that makes me want to go crazy and not in the good way :)
I'm having some technology issues and can't seem to get my workout videos to post on youtube. . . .super annoying so until I get that figured out no videos :(
Day 39 Diet: Once again I don't think I ate enough today, so I really need to get back on the meal prep train.
Breakfast: Chicken and steamed broccoli
Lunch: Kale Smoothie
Dinner: Left over chicken and Broccoli from breakfast.
Day 39 Workout: Got me some cardio in today woop woop!
30 minute treadmill walking. . . .15% incline speed 2.8! BOOM!
