This was one of the most mellow weeks I've had in a long time! It was a good week!
Day 54 Diet: didn't plan well for today but did pretty good.
Breakfast: Banana & peanut Butter Bar. (Gluten, soy, and dairy free) I can't remember what it was called
Lunch: Turkey Carnitas & Avocado
Snack: gluten free peanut butter cookie
Day 54 Workout: Totally slacking :(
10 minutes Cardio
