I like trying different things especially when it's so out of the norm, I'm really looking forward to this. I will start this next week as I already planned meals for this week But I will keep you posted on how it goes!
So the weekend. . . .well Friday night I was planted on the couch pretty early and did not feel like cooking. Anyone else ever feel like that ;) So I asked the hubby if he wanted to order chinese take out which we did and enjoyed every last bite!
Saturday Day 55 : A good day got a later start then normal I worked a little bit and then volunteered at the food bank of the Rockies for a couple of hours lifting boxes and making friends. Saturday night my sister and brother in law invited us over for dinner so we went and hung with the family for a few hours which is always fun!
Diet day 55
Breakfast: Eggs & Sausage
Snack: Banana & Almond Butter perfect bar
Lunch: Left over Chinese
Dinner: Burgers, Asparagus, Zucchini (and some cheese and chips and dip before dinner)
Sunday Day 56: Not sure what it is about the weekends but sleeping in just isn't my thing I was up at 5:30 drank my coffee caught up on facebook and then decided to prep food for the week, I got through breakfast and wanted to take a nap so I sort of did.for like 20 minutes. Then the hubby and I went on a 6 mile hike that was awesome! We got rained on a little bit but didn't mind it it was a beautiful day!
Diet Day 56:
Breakfast: 3 Egg, Sausage, Spinach, & sweet potato muffins
Snack: Cashews & apple
Lunch: Grilled chicken wings
Dinner: Chicken & Broccoli casserole a paleo recipe I found on pinterest that I've been wanting to try, it was pretty good.
So when you start to lose steam on something you are working towards what do you do to get excited about your goal again?
