Wow! Mental note when I don't take care of my diet and sleep, I feel like crap! Super foggy today no doubt from the alcohol I consumed this weekend. . . . . On days like these I wish I had an autopilot option. Nowadays my autopilot switches to cleaning the house and doing laundry 😒 LOL. But hey I did get some work done today so I will take it!
I also got a workout in, well a cardio one anyway. My shoulder is still bothering me I'm not a fan of this by the way, but I'm grateful that it's my shoulder and not my knee. I just need to stay positive that one day it won't hurt and I can get back to doing some push-ups! Working out with an injury can be put a damper on the motivation for sure, but unless you are in a full body cast you can usually work with it and modify as needed definitely not a reason to stop working out all together. Even if it's just a little bit it keeps you in the habit and routine of working out.
I've realized I haven't been drinking enough water throughout the day so one of my new focuses is making sure I'm getting 100oz a day. I found this app called water logged that is pretty cool you can log your water throughout the day and it has reminders as well. A great app if you are having a hard time getting enough water in through the day. I've posted of what the app looks like.

Breakfast: Scrambled eggs with bacon and an assortment of veggies
Lunch: Chicken, bacon & sweet potatoes
Snack: fruit & nut mix & mixture of fresh fruit
Dinner: Chicken & Avocado Tacos
Day 57 Workout:
30 minutes cardio incline 15% speed intervals from 2.5 to 3.2.
