I think I needed to see this pic on Friday! What a weekend. . . .it was good, but my diet was not and I didn't workout. I did however binge watch Prison Break on Netflix for close to 8 hours yesterday. . . . A little embarrassed to admit that but hey it was a nice relaxing day for sure! I'm on the home stretch now. . . Like I said last week I am getting up and doing my cardio first thing in the morning this week to change up my morning routine a bit. And sometimes it's hard to get it in if I don't do it before the day is awake. I also feel really bad because I said I was going to be posting pics weekly and I have not been doing that. . .time to get back on my game. I feel like the last few weeks has been a blur.
I haven't been very focused on anything. . . I feel like I've just been coasting through the weeks, not really where I want to be and even when I say I'm going to refocus it's not enough. Another great reason to change up my morning routine. One of my clients asked me last week if I was a good personal trainer to myself. . . . .uh. . . . . right now I'm kinda sucking in that division. I might be a little hard on myself, I have gotten into a regular workout schedule of sorts and diet hasn't been terrible but I expect more from myself. I must say this challenge has been very humbling experience for sure. Which is good I think we need these experiences in life to help us grow and become better people :)
