The sun is out today and I couldn't be happier!!! Sunshine makes my heart happy! Pretty busy day today training clients networking, blogging. . . . but it's been fabulous.
I really liked starting my day with the Bulletproof coffee, it's delicious and super filling and easy which I love! And I don't have to cook breakfast gives me a little extra time to get ready in the morning. Totally killed my workout this morning seemed to go by really quickly too which is always nice! I did 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off and I should have done 30 on 10 off it seemed a little easy. And I know I had planned on doing that going forward but forgot about it. Anyway it was a good workout and I felt good when I was done. My shoulder has been feeling better so that is nice, I'm not going to start doing anything with it though until there is absolutely no pain in that area!
Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee ( This is amazing!! 1 cup of coffee, 1 Tbsp unsalted grass fed butter, 1 Tbsp coconut oil, 1 Tbsp coconut cream) Put it in my nutribullet mixed that puppy up and enjoyed! So good and So glad I finally tried it.

Tabata 2: TRX Pistol Squats & TRX Muscle Ups
Tabata 3: Kettlebell Single Leg Deadlift & Plank Rockers (35lbs kettlebell)
Tabata 4: Kettlebell Swings & TRX Open Ups (35lbs Kettlebell)
