So thankful that I got to sleep in a little bit this morning. . . 3:30 would have been rough I opted to get out of bed at 4:45 instead since I didn't have anything going on until 7:30. But I was still pretty tired most of the day, and I hit a really big pothole last night on the way home and dented my rim and popped my tire I think. . . .so I needed to deal with that today which put my stress levels a little higher than I wanted them. Thankfully I had acupuncture today which always seems to calm me down a bit, and makes life pretty and fun. Needless to say the keto diet has been put on hold until I've properly planned for it. Slightly annoyed with my lack of follow through the last few weeks of this challenge. . . . I have no one to blame but myself. Which is even more annoying, not really sure what that is about. I though that writing this blog would help me stay focused and hold myself accountable but that doesn't seem to be working any more.

Breakfast: Bullet Proof Coffee & egg, mushroom, spinach omelet
Lunch: Chicken Salad with guacamole
Dinner: Grilled Chicken Thighs & Sweet Potato
