This week has been by far the busiest week since I've started this challenge. Which is absolutely wonderful busy is what I want, however I am feeling a little overwhelmed *DEEP BREATH* gotta adjust my plan and time. I can honestly say now that I understand when people say they don't have time to workout. However I'm not going to let that be an excuse to give up on anything. I'm not superwoman, although sometimes I would like to think I am. So it's time to look at my schedule and see where I can make changes, is there anything I can delegate out in my business that will free up some of my time? Make a list, prioritize, and move forward! I am a firm believer that the universe never gives us more than we can handle. Everything that I have on my plate right now are things that I can do and somewhere on this plate is a learning lesson. Not sure what that is right now and I'm not going to focus my energy on that because I know the answer will come to me when the time is right. So NOW is the time to crack down on what I need to do to be successful with my personal goals and in my business.
To be successful it's so important to stay in a positive mind frame, and be flexible with your plan. I think it's safe to say that the original plan and the final plan never look the same and that's okay. What's important is that you keep moving forward adjusting the plan as you need to and not giving up because of the perceived lack of time. When you start feeling like you are up against a wall and not sure how to continue, this is when you need to call in for help, and support. There is always an answer to everything, it might not be the one you want but it will be the one you need. And that's OKAY! Asking for help is one of the strongest things you can do! It takes courage!

Diet Day 66: We are in the process of getting life insurance so I had to get blood work done today. My appointment wasn't until 11 so I was on a fast for breakfast. . . . YIKES no food for 16 hours.
Snack: Bullet Proof Coffee ( wasn't going to give this up)
Lunch: Chicken Avocado Salad
Snack: Trail Mix
Dinner: Ground Turkey with onions, zuchinni & squash
Workout Day 66:
20 minutes cardio
Diet Day 67:
Breakfast: Bulllet Proof coffee
Snack: Veggies, fruit & brownie. . . I was at a networking event and couldn't resist
Dinner: left over grilled sweet potato and chicken.
Workout Day 67:
