Do you ever have those days where no matter what you eat you are still hungry?? Totally my day today and to finish it off I had an apple fritter for desert. No regrets or feeling guilty here, that apple fritter was super yummy! I also think I didn't drink enough water which more than likely why I felt hungry all day. Yet another great reason to drink water regularly and stay hydrated! I keep forgetting to tell you all the small changes I've noticed nothing huge but a win for sure, my clothes are feeling a bit loser and my arm band for my phone when I'm running I have to make it tighter around my arm now. . .almost about time to get a new one. Okay I guess I will go shopping for more workout stuff. Don't tell my husband, hehe.
