Woke up pretty tired this morning and a bit later than normal, so not a lot of time to sit and drink my coffee while my brain registers what the heck is going on. I have a busy week this week, I've already prepped my breakfast which is a huge help in the morning, and planned my lunches to be left overs from the night before expect today because well I didn't plan that. I had a networking lunch so it all worked out in my favor I had a delicious salad with onion, bacon, and chicken with olive oil and balsamic as dressing. BOOM! You can still go out to eat and have healthy options!
I realized that when I turned my computer on this morning that my marketing stuff I had been working on last Friday was gone. . . . . UGH! Okay mental note save next time instead of leaving it open, it took me a couple of hours to get what I wanted so it was a little frustrating. Thankfully I took pictures of it so recreating it shouldn't be too much a of a problem. Technology is still not my friend, I took video of my workout today and it still took me several minutes to put it together I decided to keep it in real time and add some music to it for fun. Apparently YouTube thought otherwise because after it took me 4 attempts to post it, it finally posted and I received an email from YouTube mentioning something about copyright something or another. . . . . so I took it down worked some more magic in my video editor and finally got something I was happy with. No sound, no music but a killer leg and cardio workout!!
Diet has been good I did have a cheat meal on Sunday sort of it was more like a cheat side. . . sweet potato fries from smash burger, which by the way wasn't that great! I'm a huge burger fan and well it just wasn't what I was hoping for, I like my burgers juicy and rare. We rarely go out to eat for this reason, I know how to cook what we like and it taste good! And of course I know what is going into my food. I will say that that was the first time I actually wrapped my burger in lettuce in place of a bun and i rather enjoyed it, I usually just have the patty with a side salad. Anyway enough about my cheat side, let's talk about what I ate today and get this video up!
