I was talking to one of my clients about my challenge and I mentioned how I should have named this my 90 day learn to love my body challenge. She asked why and then how I did it. I wasn't really sure how to answer that question because it wasn't anything that I had been focusing on it just happened. But the more I thought about it I realized that it was a combination of things. First, when I started this challenge I was already working on some self love and being nice to myself , I believe this was the biggest key. I started some self love affirmations and a few other affirmations about financial abundance which is one of my bigger stress triggers in life. I also started going to acupuncture to help with some emotional stuff I was going through, apparently I had a lot of emotional healing to do and my soul was screaming at me through my tears HEY!! YOU NEED TO DO THIS FOR YOU!! IT IS TIME!! Hence all the crying, I think I was averaging a good cry 2-3 times a week. This was a very new place for me because crying in front of people always made me feel weak. Now I just know that I'm a sensitive soul and that's okay. Last but not least blogging to all you fine people. I obviously couldn't make my blog post negative and icky or nobody would read them, so I was forced daily to think about all the positive things I was gaining from this challenge even on the hard days. My philosophy on fitness has come out loud and clear to me Be Positive, Love yourself, move regularly, eat whole foods! It's very simple and I like it that way. Life is hard enough with clutter and drama we tend to add, why make living a healthy lifestyle hard. We are meant to be happy, love ourselves, feel good in our bodies. Start living, start loving!
