Ah Thanksgiving. . . . A day to be thankful for all the blessings in your life, to celebrate with friends and family. A day to share delicious food, fun stories, watch football and take naps. Today is NOT the day to get down on yourself for that extra serving of stuffing or that extra slice of pie you have because "it's just so delicious." Keep your thoughts positive and happy and be thankful that you get to have those "extras" and spend the day with people you love. So today, after you have given thanks for all the beautiful blessings in your life, take a minute to be thankful for who YOU are and all the things you have accomplished this year!
