WOW! Can you believe it's already November! I can't, this year has flown by so so quickly!
I know it's been awhile since you have heard anything from me. Let's just say this year has been a year of some awesome changes and a few struggles.
But I'm back and ready to share with you all my knowledge and some fabulous deals! Which is the reason for my blog today.
We all go into the holiday season hoping that we can make it through without putting on those few extra pounds and just maybe, a bit more stress free than in the past.
We always set good intentions to eat a little better, not go for that second serving, or to try and stay away from the Christmas cookies that your coworker brought in to share with everyone.
But it never fails. . . .you eat the cookie or 5, go back for extra servings, and once again you are stressing about being around the family, and what present should I get for my significant other.
This year I challenge you to try something different. . . .start taking care of you before you take care of everyone else. I'm not saying let's make some dramatic changes, this is probably not the time to do that.
But what if you added in a little extra movement a couple times a week? How would you feel if you knew that you where doing something good for you and helping avoid that extra weight gain. You would feel pretty good about yourself going into the new year without the extra weight, and even a little less stressed.
Man, what a great way to start off the new year. I've posted at the bottom of the page some fabulous deals I have going on for the month of November and December ONLY! Don't go through yet another holiday season with a few extra pounds and stressed out!
