Seriously though, if your New Years Resolution was to start living a healthier lifestyle then you know what I am talking about. The first few weeks can be very challenging. Pretty much everything changes, which is good but can take some time getting used to.
If you have made it this far GOOD FOR YOU!! If you have fallen off the wagon get back on my friend it's just a bump in the road, not the end of it.
Be patient with yourself! You are in fact changing your life and that is a journey. Embrace it, and Love yourself unconditionally through it.
