Okie dokie day one!! I debated on posting my pics today but thought what the hell! I have to start somewhere. The jeans I'm wearing are my favorite jeans but since owning them I have put on a couple pounds or 10 and no longer feel comfortable wearing them 😒 my first goal is to wear these comfortably again. I was reading a blog by another woman who has gone 100% paleo and she talks about the mental clarity she reached around week 4 I'm also looking forward to that. Been a little foggy and thinking clearly kinda sounds nice.
I'm doing a hard reset this week it's what I call my protein and veggie cleanse, definitely have to mentally prepare for this one because it's mostly a liquid diet with 2 cups of veggies one for lunch and one for dinner so no snacking on almonds or cashews for me this week. And of course lots and lots of water. Got my workout in this morning at the studio and then went for a run/walk around the lake with my hubby. He motivates me when I'm not feeling very motivated.
Loving this time change by the way even though I have the same amount of hours in the day it being lighter out later in the evening is refreshing, and I feel like I can get more done.
