I drank a lot of water today! It was delicious!! So here we are day 2 and I already feel better. Woke up a little sluggish this morning but listened to some good music and got some acupuncture which helped A LOT!! If you've never had acupuncture I suggest going and trying it out. It's a great holistic way to help with aches and pains and also with any type of emotional things you might have going on. I plan on being the healthiest me I can be by the time I'm 35! Which is in September in case you don't know me that well :) or you do and you forgot when my birthday is. I had a good core cardio Tabata workout today I will post it on my facebook page it takes a while to upload, but I should have it there by the end of the night. It was a challenging workout for sure but felt super great when I was done!
Kept myself pretty busy today but definitely knew when it was time for some protein or water. I had a meeting at ink! Coffee later in the day and I love the cookies they have there so I made sure that I had a protein shake with me and I ordered tea. . . . Right on track!
