So when I was doing my workout video today I miss counted my first round and missed my last exercise and as ambitious as I am I was not about to re video the whole 4 minutes so I had to work a little magic on the video editor. . . .another fun technology challenge. In my tabata workout today I did pushups chest to block and Jam ball slams the ball was 40lbs, then I did skaters and single leg jump rope, next round was kettlebell swings and battle rope, and last round my go to cardio exercises bosu mountain climbers and bosu burpees. It was a challenging workout for sure but I felt great when I was done!
Diet today was good protein shakes and veggies, I did attend a networking event that had all kinds of yummy treats I had a few veggies and pieces of pepperoni, but no brownies. Not exactly the hard reset diet but pretty darn close so I will take it as a win!! I'm really excited to try some new paleo recipes next week I will share a couple a long the way! Overall like I said I am feeling good and not really deprived of anything. When I think about cheating I just think of how bad I wan to fit comfortably in my jeans again and this boost of energy throughout the day is amazing so I definitely don't want to waste all the hard work I have put in this week. This 90 days will be done before I know it!
