Her we are day 5 sustained energy throughout the day again!! Woohoo!! Went to bed at a reasonable time last night but tossed and turned a lot so it wasn't a very restful night of slee, but I felt fine this morning. I got 10 minutes of cardio on today not what I was hoping for I had planned 30 minutes but once I stepped on the treadmill I started thinking about all the things I needed to do for my business and when I get into "let's do this" mode I need to take advantage of it! So I got some marketing stuff done and my taxes done! So I would say it was a productive morning. Had a couple of meetings this afternoon and a couple of clients feeling pretty darn good about how the day turned out!
Diet was pretty good I did have some beef jerky and cashews as a snack today not exactly hard reset approved but still on the Paleo wagon I did want some cheese not gonna lie but after looking at it for a few minutes and thinking about how bloated it would make me I decided against it.
I'm super excited about the weekend I have a hike planned for tomorrow and the hubby and I are going to the art museum on Sunday there is a Cartier exhibit that I want to go see. Pretty shinny jewerly okay!! I'm not gonna lie I was a little nervous about this first weekend it's usually when my old unhealthy habits try to make their way back into my life. But I think with planning a couple of things to do I should be good!
