If you are needing a little inspiration on a workout this week I have a great one for you!!
It's a Tabata workout which is a type of high intensity interval training a.k.a. HIIT. There are a total of 4 rounds each round last 4 minutes with a minute rest in between each round. In each round you will be doing 2 exercises 20 seconds of work and 10 seconds of rest. To get the best results from this workout you will want to do as many reps as you can of each exercise.

What you will need: TRX, Bosu Ball, Tabata Timer
If you are at the gym then jump on the treadmill or bike for 5-10 minutes working hard enough to get your heart rate up a bit but not so much you are tired before you even start your workout.
